The design of recruitment materials such as career websites, fliers, postcards, brochures and social media campaigns plays a vital role in the Boilermakers Union recruitment efforts. In all of the materials, I strived to incorporate the organizations values and demonstrate the incredible opportunities the Boilermakers Union offers. I kept in mind recruitment materials may be the first exposure a potential recruit has with the Boilermakers. My goal is to allow my designs to be that positive first impression.
